SHLV, our first and co-flagship hospital, is conveniently located in the exclusive township of Lippo Village, in Tangerang, Banten Province. Presently, the hospital houses 225 beds and employs 202 doctors and 370 qualified nurses. Catering to both inpatient and outpatient needs, SHLV is committed to providing high quality services and genuine care for patients' physical, emotional and spiritual healing. Since its establishment in 1996, it is one of the largest private hospitals in the region with a strong brandname for excellent patient care, world class Neuroscience and Heart Centre and Trauma Centre (UGD).

SHLV is the first in Indonesia to be accredited in 2007 and re-accredited in 2010 by Joint Commission International (JCI), the international gold standard with its key focus on patient safety in all its processes. Our pioneering initiative has been instrumental in the Ministry of Health's directive for allowing only hospitals with international accreditation to be called "International Hospitals" as well as directing major government hospitals to go for JCI accreditation.

SHLV provides a comprehensive range of medical and surgical services for the holistic care of patients, and is supported by senior and experienced specialists, quality and personalized care of its nurses and staff, and complimented by its state of the art medical equipment and technology.  In 2010, we installed the latest Philips 3 Tesla MRI and Cathlab to better enhance both the medical practice and research in Siloam.  A helipad is available at site enabling urgent patient medical evacuations from different regions in Indonesia and overseas.

Our Neuroscience and Heart Centre offers a truly multi-disciplinary approach in the diagnosis and treatment in the care of brain, nerve and vascular disorders. The team of Neurologists, Neurosurgeons, Neurorehabilitation Specialists, Neuroradiologists and Neuroendocrinologists, Cardiologists, Cardiothoracic Surgeons, Nutritionists and Medical Rehabilitation works closely to manage our patients holistically.

SHLV is proud to offer a truly International Standard Trauma Centre based on the international best practice guidelines in relation to the American College of Emergency and also the Australasian College of Emergency. Our Emergency RMOs, nursing and paramedical staff have been trained by a Johns Hopkins Consultant over a two year period to handle heart attacks, strokes and traumas. We are committed to arrive at the location (for Lippo Village area) within 12 minutes from the time of original patient call with our ambulances which are fully equipped with AED (Automatic External Defibrillator to stop life threatening cardiac arrhythmias and reestablish an effective rhythm) and emergency kit to handle all emergencies and communicate with our hospital to prepare for the arrival of the patients. SHLV also acts as Siloam “Hub” Hospitals in Neurosciences, Cardiology, Radiology and Trauma for our network of hospitals. Through our investment in real-time Tele-medicine capability and Tele-radiology through digital radiology, clinical information can be transferred through interactive audiovisual media to specialists in our Hub to provide consultations on a real time basis for diagnosis, treatment and sometimes procedures.
